5S Activities in OMA
At OMA, however, we see:
- A place where every operator can immediately find what he needs, without wasting time
- An organization that improves attention in carrying out operational activities
- A way to easily detect and fix any glitch
- An organized environment “for processes”
- A method to comply with demanding FOD (Foreign Object Debris) prevention requirements
At OMA we believe that the extensive application of the “5S” principles is one of the main pillars for improving working conditions and time saving solutions.
For us “5S” means organizing in the best way every single workstation and then every department, in order to remove all those activities which do not provide Added Value.
